Terms and Conditions

Payment terms:  reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, the balance due for the duration of the stay is payable on arrival.   (Full payment required to confirm one night bookings.)  No refunds will be made for early departure.

• Cancellation policy(Should a reservation be cancelled) within a period exceeding 30 days of the date of arrival 10% of the total reservation cost will be retained to cover administration costs, and the balance of the deposit will be refunded.
• less than 30 days of the date of arrival this deposit will be retained by the Old Trading Post,
• or if guests fail to arrive on date of arrival, they will be held liable for the total cost of the reservation
• Check in times:     14h00 – 19h00 unless prior arrangement is made.                                                                                       
• Check out times:   06h00 – 10h00 unless prior arrangement is made, a half a day’s rate may be payable if check out is later than 10h00.
